Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery if:
● The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
● The product size you received does not match your order.
Important Notes:
● This policy applies only to orders delivered within Pakistan.
● For international orders, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp: +92 335 5778158 within 7 days of delivery, and we will try to assist you in the best possible way.
● If you have a size issue, we do offer a size exchange facility. However, the customer will need to send the article back to us and bear the return shipping cost.
How to Apply for an Exchange?

- Provide your order details and the reason for exchange.
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost will be borne by the customer).
Processing Time
● Exchanges are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive your returned item.
● During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days.
Refund Policy
● We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
● For international customers, if a paid order is cancelled, we can provide:
○ An exchange of the product, or
○ A voucher/discount code for future purchases.
Delivery Timeframe
● Within Pakistan: 5–7 working days.
● International Orders: 10–15 working days (may vary depending on the destination).
● Delivery times may be longer during high-volume order periods.
